My why.

I hope my story changes how you look at your faith and the Church.

I tell my story to encourage and help others overcome Church hurt.

I wish this weren’t my story. It was not an easy path, and Definitely not one I would have chosen. But through it, I learned that Even faded faith can move mountains.

My purpose is to help others find their healing from Church hurt through scripture and life experience.

My story? Well, hang on tight, it’s a doozy. My husband woke me in the middle of the night to tell me that he had heard our pastor was to be arrested the next day. as he had predicted, my husband was indeed arrested the next day.

You read that right, my pastor and husband were one in the same. God has used me to show his glory, and continues to do so.

My message is for all those who have experienced Church hurt or know someone who has.

Whether man or woman, teen or mature, Church hurt doesn’t discriminate. Nor does it occur only in private. It doesn’t only affect those who were in direct line of fire; neither is my message. It’s for you, those in your circle, and for those who cause it.
